Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Roblox Analytics ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Roblox Analytics is a developer analytics platform for Roblox games. It provides data dashboards, retention metrics, funnel analysis, AI-powered insights, and related tools for game developers.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and analytics key. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

You must not share your analytics key publicly, as it would allow others to submit data under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to collect data without appropriate rights to the game
• Attempt to access other users' data
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code
• Use the AI assistant to generate harmful, illegal, or deceptive content
• Exceed usage limits through automated abuse

5. Subscription Plans & Billing

We offer Free, Premium ($20/month), and Ultra ($80/month) plans. Subscriptions are billed monthly and renew automatically. You may cancel at any time through the billing portal; your plan features remain active until the end of the current billing period.

Refunds: Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. Credits purchased as one-time add-ons are non-refundable.

Plan limits: Free accounts can access the last 3 days of data. Premium accounts can access the last 30 days. Ultra accounts have no data history limit. AI token limits are enforced per plan as described on the pricing page.

6. Credits

Credits are a non-monetary unit used to access AI features beyond your plan's daily token quota. Credits are purchased at $1 = 200 credits (at a 2× markup over base token cost). Credits do not expire and are non-transferable.

7. Data Ownership

You retain ownership of all game data submitted to the Service. We do not claim any rights over your game data. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store and process your data solely to provide the Service to you.

8. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, add or remove features, or modify plans at any time with reasonable notice.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
