Privacy Policy

1. Information We Collect

When you create an account, we collect your email address and optionally your name. If you sign in via Google OAuth, we also receive your Google profile picture.

We generate a unique analytics key for each account, which is used to tag all Roblox game data sent by your SDK integration. This key is stored in your session and in our database.

When you use the AI assistant, your queries and associated game data are processed by AWS Bedrock (Claude models). We log token usage per request to enforce daily limits.

2. Game Data

Data collected from your Roblox games (player joins, session lengths, events, chat messages, and feedback) is stored in our MySQL database. All data is scoped to your analytics key — no user can access another user's game data.

We do not sell or share your game data with third parties.

3. Payment Information

Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers or payment details on our servers. Stripe's privacy policy governs how your payment data is handled. We store only your Stripe customer ID and subscription ID to manage your plan.

4. Third-Party Services

  • Google OAuth — for authentication. Subject to Google's privacy policy.
  • Stripe — for payment processing. Subject to Stripe's privacy policy.
  • AWS Bedrock — for AI features. Queries are processed according to AWS's data handling policies.
  • Roblox APIs — we fetch public usernames and avatars to display in the dashboard.

5. Data Retention

Your account and associated game data are retained as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and all associated data by contacting us.

6. Cookies & Sessions

We use HTTP-only cookies to maintain authenticated sessions via NextAuth.js. No third-party tracking cookies are used.

7. Children's Privacy

This service is intended for Roblox game developers. While Roblox is used by minors, this analytics dashboard is a developer tool. We do not knowingly collect personal information from users under 13 without parental consent.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
